A cartoon drawing of Kurt Cobain made by the icon himself fetched $ 281,250 at Julien’s Auctions Music Icons. The selling price was 28 times the original estimate.
The drawing in black felt-tip pen on letter paper from the TNT Music Center in Singapore shows Cobain playing the guitar and is signed “Kurdt Kobain Rock Star”. With the right handwriting, the singer / songwriter wrote: “I can’t play and I don’t care!”
