Any gymnastics event is a visual delight, but seeing the youngsters showcase their skills and take the sport to a whole new level keeps the fans fixed to their seats and grinning simultaneously.

History

The NCAA holds gymnastics competitions for both men and women. The NCAA men's gymnastics program was established in 1938. So far, the most successful men's gymnastics teams have been Penn State and Oklahoma.

When it comes to women's gymnastics, the NCAA first introduced it in 1982. Women's gymnastics was part of twelve women's sports events introduced to the NCAA championship scheduled for 1981-82. So far, Georgia has been the most successful club in NCAA women's gymnastics history.
